Step 1 | Consultation

Schedule a meeting with the ACE and you will meet with Jon Snyder the Owner and their designer to start the process of custom designing your home. Expect to discuss specific details that built your "needs and wants"

Step 2 | Plan + Budget

During this step, you and Jon Snyder will thoroughly discuss each included element of your new home as well as a detailed budget. Typically this meeting concludes with a decision to move forward to final construction documents.

Step 3 | Selections and Build

Now that the design and financing are complete, the fun begins, finalizing the finite designs of your cabinets, flooring, brick, stone, fireplace, lighting, shower, etc. As your selections are completed, your new home starts taking shape and the culminates with the completion of your stunning new home.
